George Carlin passed away, 71 years old, last Sunday night at 6 P.M. PDT (9 P.M. EDT) at Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica. He suffered from chest pains shortly before admittance.

This is awful news, and a tragedy. He was a legend, a hilarious man. He was a rebel. He was great, and he will be greatly missed.

If NUKEMAN & Kittyboy is even a fraction, a thousandth as funny as you were, we will be successful beyond our dreams. Keep them laughing in heaven,

I didn't think my first post would be in remembrance of a comedian of all people, but Carlin's black humor towards the world held a heavy weight in perspective for many of the people that enjoyed his work. It brought a sense of realism and impending doom all the while being capable of laughing straight in the face of the inevitable. Truly an enjoyable, daring and intellectual vagabond now lost to the living.

Rest in peace, good sir.
